I'm also very much looking forward to going home. It's been a long day at work so far, and there's no end in sight. I'm hot, I'm tired, I'm cranky, and I certainly don't want to be here :-P But if I get stuff done today, that means I'll actually get two days off this weekend...

I store a big part of my DVD collection in some lidded plastic boxes I found once upon a time, and 26 DVDs fit into each box. Yay! Some of the Independent Film Channel shorts featuring Greg the Bunny are scheduled to come out on DVD on October 24. If all you know of Greg the Bunny is the short-lived series on Fox, you need to check this DVD out. Some of the movie parodies they did with Greg on IFC are hilarious...

I noticed at the mall tonight that the Disney movie Eight Below came out on DVD today. It certainly looks interesting, and I'm very tempted to get it. I was just curious if anyone here has seen it and, if so, is it a worthwhile movie?

Finally finished my income taxes tonight :-P With my semi-regular payroll foul-ups, it's often an adventure finding out what I may or may not owe. Since I usually end up owing someone something, there's not much point in doing my taxes early ;-)

One short-lived TV show that I probably should've watched more episodes of than I did at the time was Father of the Pride. Well, the complete series is coming out on DVD on June 7. When I was at the mall last night, I saw that both Best Buy and Target had the DVD of an animated movie called The Cat Returns on sale.
